It will be very interesting to compare my experiences as they unfold with that of others. And you know what? That is really made easier by blogging, as we can connect so quickly with people in similar situations. Blogging will definitely continue to figure large in my retirement activities.

Great clock. When it 12:51 there in Australia, here in Florida it's 6:15... Who cares; you're almost retired.

I wonder if they've got bumper stickers for retirees. I'll bet there are great sayings you can put on your car to annoy the hell out of people.... I've just googled bumpersticker retiree and there is indeed some funny retiree-related stuff around.

I guess this must feel like any upcoming major life change - you're looking forward to it, but also feeling a little apprehensive. The way Jude tells it, you'll adjust, and you'll have a ball!
